The Grand Annual Sports Event 2007
It marked the pride and glory of our school along with the beginning of the sports event. The ceremony was held on 15 th December followed by the march-past event by the respective houses – Red, Orange , Blue, Green and Yellow.
The annual sports event was a three-day celebration full of excitement, games spirit and dedication of all the students and house-in-charges to grab as many medals as they could for their respective houses. The glorious series of events came to an end on 20 th December with the grand Marathon Race and the prize distribution ceremony.
Partha Pratim Das, the Orange House captain and Deepashree Dutta,(later on who was named the PT Usha of Faculty), were crowned as the best athletes of the Senior Secondary Section. Red House turned out to be the Best House of the session followed by Orange House.
The entire event was full of excitement and actions which were carried on with a healthy competitive mind and true sportsman spirit when everyone experienced the rush of adrenaline and the feeling of being together with one's friends.
