AMTRON DFD 2010 Assam Electronics Development Corp. organized a contest amongst schools on Document Freedom Day events. The competition was on Open Office package installed in Ubuntu Linux Operating System.

A group of Eight students (classes V to XII) from Faculty Higher Secondary School participated in the competition. And Won Three 1st prize and Two 2nd prize in the Three Groups, Group A , group B and Group C, Also own the BEST SCHOOL AWARD.

In Group A , 1st Prize (One Laptop) Sajid Iftarul Hussain.

                       2nd Prize(One Digital Camera) Ankur Deka.

In Group B, 1st Prize (One Laptop) Surya Prakash Borthakur.

                       2nd Prize(One Digital Camera) Yash Kothari.

In Group C, 1st Prize (One Laptop) Chandan Saboo .
